TerraViva! GeoServer is hosted by the GeoSpatial Solutions team at ISciences.
This server was established as a repository for global data sets to encourage data exploration and analysis.
Our intent is to provide a select collection of data that represents state-of-the-science information about Earth
and its people.
DATA FORMAT AND AVAILABILITY
Data is presented without alteration.
However, the format of map data has been modified for use in TerraViva! data-viewing software.
Map data is downloadable in our proprietary map file format, 'XTVM'.
To view data, download your FREE copy of TerraViva! Global Data Viewer at www.terraviva.net,
or find out about our advanced viewer, TerraViva! Global Data Analyst. If you already have a version of GDA, you can download
the maps from here and 'Import' them into TerraViva.
Data is available as a FREE download at up to 5 arc-minute resolution in most cases.
Higher resolution data for some maps are available for purchase from the TerraViva! web store at www.terraviva.net.
DATA ATTRIBUTION
ISciences, creator of the TerraViva! brand, respects the rights of data authors and
adheres to a data distribution policy that conforms to national and international copyright laws.
Please attribute the source when using the data.
Images generated with TerraViva software can be used in non-commercial documents with the following attribution:
